On Tuesday, police in Sturbridge, MA arrested Francisco Wellington Barros-Gomes, 26 at the J.C Penney’s department store on Route 131. He has been charged with the forcible rape of a child, after allegedly attacking him in one of the store’s dressing rooms.

According to prosecutors, the alleged rape took place around 5:00 p.m., while the boy’s mother was making a phone call. Apparently, Barros-Gomes began a conversation with the boy, offering to bring him more clothes. At some point, the clerk entered the dressing room.

Upon her return, the boy quickly reported the attack to his mother.

During his arraignment on Wednesday, Assistant District Attorney Shayne Picard told Dudley District Court Judge Neil G. Snider: “At some point in time his mother needed to step away for a brief period of time to make a phone call while the young man was trying on clothing in a dressing room.”

Picard continued: “At some point in time he began to touch the young man. There was some fondling, your honor, touching private parts. The young man indicated he believed at some point in time the defendant did penetrate him … as well as touching his private areas and having the young man touch his private areas.”

Picard said that Barros-Gomes has admitted to touching the boy but that the defendant would not answer “when asked specifically if he penetrated the young man.”

Due to the serious nature of the crime and the fact that Barros-Gomes is not a U.S. citizen, but a Brazilian national, the district attorney asked that bail be set at $100,000. However, despite the obvious risk of flight, Judge Snider instead set bail substantially lower at $25,000.

Barros-Gomes has been in the country for 10 months, and was working in the children’s department of J.C. Penney’s at the time of the reported attack.

I've said this a million times and it keeps getting reaffirmed. People who come to this nation illegally, especially it seems for the Latin American nations and Mexico, DON'T HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR U.S.LAW. Of course, why would they, our traitorous elite and politcians welcome them with open arms and the radical leftist Democratic Party practically announces to them with a loudspeaker horn, just feel at home, and pretend you are back in, X country. We wouldn't want you to feel alienated from the things you're used to doing. Good Lord, when will the B.S. that illegal immigration creates end? Isn't it clear to most Americans by now that anyone, politician, judge, police, etc. that does anything, ANYTHING AT ALL, to enable illegal immigration should be replaced. Let them do something usefull for a change, like work at McDonalds. Come to think of it, people that work at McDonalds are more usefull.

How long was that phone call the supposed "mother" made? She needs to be thrown in jail alongside the illegal alien animal. I NEVER leave my kids alone with any kind of stranger. Apparently, this mother thought it was OK. She doesn't have to pay. Her child will.

To add to that, Judge Snider is an ass for setting the bail so low. That illegal scum will have no trouble digging up the 10% from his fellow illegal criminals and family.

JCPenney should be fined for hiring an illegal alien; Judge Snider should be removed for the bench. Both the store and the judge must take responsibility for any further crimes committed by this illegal alien. I, for one, will inform all my friends of JCPenney's policies and request that, in protest, they do not visit their stores.

The only reason (besides incompetent and stupid) that judges like Snider allow or encourage these criminals to walk is because those orders come from higher up the chain in the Lets Destroy America From The Inside cabal.

The associate was able to work in the us legally and the phone call must have been long and the bail should have been what the DA wanted

Kathleen is completely correct. These judges, most of them leftists, are bringing down the U.S. and endangering Americans on a daily basis. They neither respect established immigration law, and in fact, believe they are a law unto themselves. Recall them and get rid of them, if you care about your State, community, etc.
