On Tuesday, Clark County Superior Court Judge Robert Harris set bail for Joe Juillermo Fajardo, 26, at $250,000, the Ecuadorian national was arrested in Vancouver, WA the previous Friday night and charged with first degree child molestation.
Deputy prosecuting attorney Mike Vaughn, said: “The defendant entered an occupied home at night, crept into the bedroom of a 5-year-old boy and proceded to rape him.”
Around 1:00 a.m., the child’s mother heard her son scream, ran into his room and found Fajardo naked in her son’s bed.
She told a KATU reporter: “I made him get out of bed [and] made him walk to the front door. I opened the front door and told him to get out.”
When police arrived, they found Fajardo’s clothes still lying next to the boy’s bed. They arrested him arrested him about two hours later.
Fajardo now sits in the Clark County Jail. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have confirmed that he is in the country illegally. He has been living in the same neighborhood as the victim.
The suspect’s sister, Martha, told KATU that she believes her brother was drunk at the time of the attack.
She exclaimed: “This is disgusting, I said, ‘My God,’ what he did, I can’t believe it.”
The following facts help illustrate the growing epidemic of child molestation being committed by illegal aliens:
-Deborah Schurman-Kauflin Ph.D. of the Violent Crimes Institute reports that the U.S. illegal alien population includes at least 240,000 sex offenders. Based on various studies, it is estimated that they will commit 130,909 sex crimes annually.
-63 percent of the sex crimes committed by illegal aliens, were done so by previously deported criminals.
-Between 2003-2008, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, through Operation Predator, arrested 11,600 illegal aliens for crimes including child pornography, child sex tourism, human smuggling and trafficking of minors, and child molestation and rape.

The fact that this piece of garbage wasn't instantly castrated and disemboweled is proof that justice in the USA is dead.
The lying politicians and hispanic supremacy organizations (Mecha, LULAC, etc.) will continue to do everything in their power to make sure events like this are common, and anyone who resists them will be called a nazi, worse than hitler, a racist, etc.

I believe that if this piece of Ecuadorian trash was castrated and disemboweled as stated by Kilroy, it would send a strong message to other illegals to get the hell out of the US!
Let's tell the truth about these crimes and why they are happening in such high numbers. It's a completely different culture and values than ours. The legal age of consent in Mexico is 12. In some cases, rape charges are dropped if the rapist proposes marriage to their victim. The macho society that still sees women as sex objects and men as studs is what's fueling these high number of sex offenses. This is just another reason we should have ZERO tolerance towards illegal immigration. Once our laws are ignored to get here, do you really think any other laws will be respected? Our citizens must arm themselves and take matters into their own hands to protect their families and property. They can ship these scumbags home in a box.
I like the castration and disembowelment. Bad enough we have our home grown diversity problem, we have to import them. The victim's family needs to do what is necessary and by all means necessary.

In another time, there would have a quicker way of handling this. It would have involved a group of sheriff's deputies, several pistols, Red Man Chewing Tobacco, and good strong rope.

I'm a life-long liberal Democrat, but I'm not a fool! Ten years ago I would have been appalled at the comments I read here. Not today! Today I have neither sympathy nor concern for consequences visited on illegal aliens. What ever bad or even terrible thing that happens to them is just fine with me. They intentionally and arrogantly come here in violation of our laws, and disregard ANY law that would prevent them from getting what they want, including the rape of a young boy. The politicians from both political parties are personally responsible for the terrible things done to American citizens because the politicians refuse to do their jobs. They are only concerned about getting elected to office. I hope they all go to hell when they leave this world!
