Gabriel Alfonso Gil-Tzun, 23, has been charged by police in Novato, Calif., with lewd and lascivious acts on a minor. He is also facing multiple charges, as he allegedly molested the 13-year-old girl on several occasions.
Novato police Lt. Rich Hill said the arrest is the result of an investigation which began several months ago. According to Hill, Gil-Tzun met the girl through a friend and has engaged in intercourse with her at his house.
Months ago, a warrant was issued for Gil-Tzun’s arrest.
Last week, an off-duty officer noticed Gil-Tzun at a Terra Linda shopping mall. San Rafael police actually made the arrest.
Gil-Tzun is being held in the Marin County Jail. He is in the country illegally and Immigration and Customs Enforcement has issued a no-bail hold on him.
*Reporter’s note: Until the federal government actually begins to take seriously our immigration laws, and begins mass deportations of all illegal aliens within this country, our children will continue to be victimized by these foreign invaders. It is an abomination that our political leaders have sold-out the American people in the name of cheap labor and potential votes, with the price being the innocence and sometimes even the lives of our children.
Every public official who enables this invasion is just as guilty as those who are actually charged with the crimes. Neither has any respect for our laws, nor for our citizens.
How many children’s lives will be destroyed before we send men and women to Washington who will defend this nation?

One crime committed by an illegal is one too many. ALL crimes committed by illegals are the result of the elite's refusal to enforce our immigration laws, and they bear responsibilty for these crimes.
Enforce our laws and the majority of illegals will return home over time. This is the cost-effective and humane way to deal with the 12-20 million illegals who are squatting in our country now.
But he only came here to feed his family! Sending him back or to jail would split up families! He's a good hard worker, so what if he rapes a couple of little girls, that's what they do in Mexico. "El Rapto" is a national sport down south. Why can't we just get multicultural and diverse and except those cultural differences? It adds to the multicultural mozaic of America.
The article doesn't say where this particular scum hails from, but the countries who urge their citizens to break our laws, must be relieved that all their pedophiles have chosen to come here. Seems there is a report daily like the one above. These less than humans need to be put away in solitary for the rest of their miserable lives.

Because if it turns out that he's an illegal alien, this crime could have been prevented if our federal government had done its job and kept this person from entering the United States illegally. If illegal aliens are prevented from entering this country, they wouldn't be here in the first place, and so they wouldn't be able to commit horrible crimes like this one. We have enough home grown criminals. We don't need to be "importing" criminals from other countries.

It isn't a crime in Mexico to have sexual relations with a 13 year old. That's the problem with having millions from that nation here. So many of them don't respect this nations laws. Their kind of like the movie director clown, that molested a 13 year old here and then escaped to France. He's under house arrest in Switzerland, in the meantime. You see, in so many cases Americans are tougher with their own than with foreign nationals illegally in this nation and committing every crime under the sun. Any American who continues to support illegal immigration is nothing more than a traitor and exploiter.
