Banned German Sprite oral sex ad: Real or hoax?

Is the supposed German Sprite ad real, or a hoax? I mean, we've seen some wild commercials from other parts of the world, especially in sexually uninhibited Eastern Europe. But but this one clearly is beyond belief.

Reports are that the advertisement has been banned, yet you have to ask yourself whether Sprite would have approved the climactic scene.

Then again, someone may have considered it a spurt of genius.

One thing's for sure: It won't be aired during the Super Bowl.

It's being ... er.... yanked from various sites, but PerezTV still has it.

Warning: Don't open this anywhere near your kids:

Very funny, but it is a hoax. This "new" ad features the 2008 Sprite logo, changed worldwide in January 2009. So this could not be real. Sorry.
