On Friday, attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez said they are preparing a packet of information for “The Oprah Winfrey Show” hoping Oprah will ask the Anthony’s tougher questions.
The Anthony’s are scheduled to appear on the show in May for an exclusive interview.
Zenaida filed a defamation suit against the Anthony’s daughter, Casey because she alleged Zenaida was the babysitter who kidnapped the Anthony’s granddaughter, Caylee.
Caylee’s remains were found on Dec. 11, 2008, and her death was ruled a homicide.
Authorities cleared Zenaida of any wrongdoing but she claims the negative publicity she received has resulted in her losing jobs and being unable to gain new employment.
George and Cindy Anthony were questioned last week in videotaped depositions in the case. Both the Anthony’s were combative and George refused to answer some key questions posed by Zenaida’s attorneys.
WESH 2 News reports that the attorneys are asking, “…if it pains the Anthony’s so much to answer their questions, why are they willing to go on national television and relive the nightmare of losing Caylee with Oprah?”
Zenaida’s attorneys say the information, including video evidence, will be sent out sometime next week.

who does mr morgan think he is go away this is not about zenaida it's about caylee the real victim remember.
What I cannot understand is I believe that everyone knows that this woman is innocent and was never the babysitter, so why is she still having problems in her life? The Anthony's said this is not the woman and Casey chooses to keep her mouth shut so what is the problem?
Mr. Morgan has the right to defend his client, as does Mr. Baez and Mr. COnway. The Anthonys (If they ever really end up on OPrah), are simply going to use this as another way to defend their daughter. I believe the case with mr. Morgan would be over if the Anthony's would just answer honestly. Some of the uestions they refused to answer have already been published in the media....So what's THEIR PROBLEM? The whole family lies-it's easy to see why Casey is the person she is when you see the outrageous bahavior of the parents. Unfortunately, we have all seen many parents and grandparents who have lost a child to a murderer. No one says don't love Casey....just be honest.
I support Zenaida's lawyers quest for the truth. Remember, if Casey would have taken the time to really put it together, she would have set this Zenaida up for kidnapping and murder - she had details about her and her family and her car.... I don't think it's really about ruining her life, but what COULD HAVE happened if Casey was smarter and no so involved with partying and not caring.

i still stand by my previous statement she should sue her employer for wrongful termination. caylee is the victim i feel for this woman but casey has no money and what if this interferes with the criminal conviction then it's not worth it.
I personally find it hard to believe that Oprah would even consider this as show material. This is the most disgusting couple of people I can think of right now. They have done nothing but cover up and lie since the onset of this tragedy. This show interview will be just to try to gain sympathy for Casey as they have done all this time and even during Caylees memorial service. If Oprah airs this fiasco, there will be a lot of incensed folks who may never tune in to her show again. Count me as one of them. If there was still a search in progress, that would be one thing but Caylee is dead, skeletonized and cremated, no need for further junk from the Ant farm. Oprah, I am disappointed in you!
This whole thing is just absurd to me. Why in the world would he want to send this stuff to Oprah ? Why would Oprah want them on ? Any one who has ever had contact with these people have a tendency to somehow get sucked in and then s*** on. It is not about Caylee anymore this is very sad I can only hope that little Caylee will get the peace she needs one day.
In my opinion, this might just qualify as a type of conflict of interest. Casey's trial has not taken place, but the Anthonys are going on national t.v. with Oprah? In other words, can't answer questions on the depositions but sure enough on t.v.! What, more money for the defense and for them to live on since they no longer have to work for a living?
They say they want a fair trial and by going on national tv top shows will they not scream to much publicity for a fair trial . I think they are trying to really taint the jury pool. Oprah needs to decline and not hamper this trial so Caylee can get the justice she deserves. Is all of Florida this wacky.

EVERYTIME THEY OPEN THEIR MOUTH, THEY PUT THEIR FOOT IN DEEPER AND DEEPER. WHERE'S THE LOVE FOR CAYLEE.HOW STUPID DO THEY THINK PEOPLE ARE. ON THE FLIP SIDE, MORE EVIDENCE FOR THE JURY TO CONVICT CASEY. CAYLEE WAS HELPLESS AND INNOCENT, THAT'S MORE THAN WE CAN SAY FOR CASEY.
patti918, the problem is Casey hasn't been found guilty yet! This woman won't actually be cleared until this whole fiasco is over. You know how people are, they don't trust on a normal basis, you think they'd trust after all this? The Anthony's and Baez are the ones going on National TV & they'll be the same ones to say she didn't/couldn't have a fair trial. I think fairness went out the window when she bagged up Caylee!
I am incensed that Oprah would touch this with a ten foot pole. It has to be about ratings because this family is in total denial and you have got to know she and her people know whats coming. Caylee Anthony is
DEAD..TRASHED and the evidence is beyond belief.. yet Oprah is willing to screw up the trial by having these people on her show for ratings....Yeah Oprah...tell us about living
