Lee's disposition is more important than his deposition.
Lee and Casey are two apples from the same tree. So many similarities, they could pass for twins.

aloha- i think lee anthony need to speak up and say something to what happending to his neice. sicne lee has not being in court supporting his sister at all for this long and not saying anything at all. lee will have to take the witnesses stand right in front of this jury this coming may. and if i was lee i go to court and sit right behind his sister along w/ his parents. since george and cindy is sitting in the courtroom and supporting their daughter.

lie, lies, lies. lee isnt a very good lier he pauses to much to think about what he wants to say to make him sound good.
I am convinced that Lee Anthony will get up on the stand and LIE to save his sister and possibly get her an aquittal..by saying that he walked in once when his Dad was molesting her when she was little. This way, they can 'dupe the jury into feeling sorry for her and the whole family and Baez can explain away her 31 day party spree. George won't get convicted by 'hear-say' and Casey might have 'time served' for the 3 years she has already spent for the other charges. This would be a travesty of Justice...Even Jane Valez Mitchell noticed that the family was discussing something pretty intense (as in a 'plan of action), while she rode on the elevator with them, after Lee's tear-filled admission of supposedly feeling left out, when he wasn't included in Casey's pregnancy 'circumstance'. So, it appears to be building up to Lee, (perjuring himself, of course) to save his sister with a 'supposed' eye witness account of her being molested as a child. Cindy already took the fall (lied) about the computer searches and changed her story about the ladder being down, on the day that Caley supposedly drowned. (which anyone with half a brain knows is a LIE)..but, this family might just pull this off. It would be the WORST travesty of Justice I've ever seen and an Insult to the Memory & Justice that little Caley deserves ! Very Very Sad !!!
