Equusearch, the Texas-based organization that assisted in the search for Natalee Holloway in Aruba, also conducted an extensive search for Caylee Anthony prior to her remains being discovered by Roy Kronk in December.
Tim Miller, who heads the group said from the first time he met with Casey Anthony, 22, she showed no signs of remorse whatsoever. Miller said he experienced "anger and disappointment on this." In fact, Miller claims that during the time Casey was out on bond and Caylee was still missing, Casey acted inappropriately. "She had smiles all over her face, ran around like she had just won a cheerleading competition. Very discouraging from the beginning," Miller said.
Miller believes the his organization has spent over $100,000 in the search for Caylee and believes that the discovery of Caylee's remains near the Anthony home indicates Casey is responsible. Miller feels he was taken by Casey because she knew where Caylee was all along, while he was using his limited resources to find her.
As a result, Equusearch must now stop looking for missing loved ones due to the financial strain the group is experiencing due to the extensive searches conducted to find Caylee. "Casey has plenty of time on her hands," Miller said. "She should call and say sorry Equusearch can't help…you right now."
Despite his financial hardships, Miller wants to try to help families in Florida, so he has opened an Orlando chapter of Equusearch.
Casey Anthony, 22, has been charged with the murder of her daughter, Caylee.

I am sorry to hear of this. I bet it did cost some $$$. I hope they can recoup some of their losses and continue. Tim, you've helped a lot of people please don't let one bad apple rot the bunch.
How disgusting that Casey Anthony's selfish behavior has resulted in nothing but tragedy at every turn. She is a very evil girl.
I am sure the search cost a ton of money, just one more thing to make one despise Casey! This money was spent to find her daughter when she knew all the time where she was after she dumped the little body there. Hopefully, our nation will rally round and help Tim Miller to raise funds for legitimate searches by families who will appreciate his help. We need to remember that his is a voluntary organization but they need funds to go to the areas needed, it is not free for any of them. Maybe we should send donations to Tim Miller, Casey is getting donations for her jail commisary purchases so why not send it to Tim? I will begin the ball rolling from my house, any more out there who would like to help?
Can Tim sue for damages if Casey is convicted?
Its sad that this occurred but maybe it was not a good idea for TES to have taken on a case that would have done such damage to their organization.
Every person does need to be found but every case cannot be searched by one organization.
You cannot allow one case to be a non-profit killer.

By taking this high-profile case, one ought to know that there are going to be immense expenses. Going back multiple times is obviously going to drain budgets.
Having Mr. Miller once again, speak in positive words that he was going to find little Caylee is a big "NO-NO" --- you NEVER promise that you are going to find someone and stay there until you [he] do [does]. Both of these high profile cases (Caylee and Natalee Holloway) which he has said this, he did not deliver and coincidentally, these two are ones that rightly so, depleted his search budget(s). But you just never make promises like that to the family (AND ON TV).
Don't get me wrong - TES does a good job in getting volunteers to do the ground searching - this is not an easy job.

I have watched this case since the beginning, and something is just not right with all of it! The grandparents did not see their granddaughter for 30 days before they became concerned. They are enablers of tot-mon and are seeking immunity so they can be held harmless as accessories to the atrocity perpetrated by their spawn. The lifetime movie of the week will be a must see event.
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Equisearch for all of their efforts in finding the missing loved ones of so many. I am repulsed that Casey Anthony took advantage of their services and allowed them to drain all of their resources in their search for a dead child.
She knew all along that she had killed her child yet continued to proclaim she was alive and taken by her nanny.
What repulses me the most is not only did she allow them to deplete their financial resources, she used their emotional resources as well. This cas has tugged the heartstrings of so many across the nation. While she sat in jail with a smug grin on her face, milos of people were sitting at home praying and shedding tears over a child they had never even met. That is repulsive to me - she is nothing more than a user and a liar.
My hope is that the prosectors recinds their willingness to take the death penalty off the table. Clearly Casey Anthony deserves the death penalty and much more if there could be more.
In my heart and mind, I know there is more- she has God to answer to as well as the people here on Earth.
As for her family - my heart aches for them at the same time - wake up! Your daughter kllled your beloved grandaughter and you knew it in your heart all along. You knew in your hearts that the child was in danger in your daughters hands but you did nothing until it was too late. Yes, you will have that on your shoulders for the rest of your lives. Thatis enough pain for a liftime. Now it is time to do the right thing and get justice for your grandaughter and celebrate her memory! The past is over - it is time to move forward and do the right thing! It is hard, but you will feel peace in the end. Peace for yourselves, and Peace for your sweet grandbaby, Caylee. She is an Angel now - we all wish it had turned out different. You are in Gods hands not and your are safe - finally!

Unbelievable! I would like to donate to Equusearch and help the other families who actually deserve it. Casey is not even worth a jail cell nor the electricity or fluids responsible for the death penelty. I can not believe Casey represents a human in society and in our population! My only satisfaction is that she is sitting alone in a jail cell with no one to talk to and no family who sees her.
I have followed TM for years and his work is remarkable! Such a shame people take advantage of others when in need. Casey really cost the state of florida 100's of thousands of dollars and TM as we see here. I was really worried about the immunity thinking that perhaps a member of the Anthony's would say they did it to get her off. I really don't understand how a family can enable thier daughter the way they do. Yes, we love our children and will stand by them - but to allow them to get away w/murder is beyond me. Casey doesn't care about anyone but Casey - and she has shown it many times. Jose better watch it - she will turn on him, like she did last week - saying it was his fault why she wasn't in court. George and Cindy both know the MONSTER that they created.Maybe little Casey is better off with the Lord than with this totally crazy, lying,family. In my opinion, one of them is no better than the other. MAY GOD BLESS LITTLE CAYLEE AND MAY CASEY "BURN IN HELL".
