Lab technician Raymond Clark was arrested and charged with the murder of Yale graduate student, Annie Le, on Thursday.
Annie was last seen Sept. 8 and her body was found inside the basement wall of the Yale lab building on Sunday—the same day she was to wed her college sweetheart. The coroner ruled her death a homicide and said she died from strangulation.
Clark worked as an animal technician in the Yale lab, which put him in contact with Annie. According to police, Clark’s job duties were janitorial in nature.
In 2003, an ex-girlfriend of Clark’s alleged he tried to rape her, however, declined to file a police report. To read about that incident, click here.
Clark is engaged to be married to Jennifer Hromadka, who has publicly defended her boyfriend in the past through writings on her blog, claiming he’s a ‘good guy’ and would never be unfaithful. To read some of her musings, click here.
