On Thursday, a public memorial will be held for former NFL quarterback Steve McNair.

A viewing will be held at Lewis and Wright Funeral home in Nashville, from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with a second viewing to be held at Mount Zion Baptist Church from 3 to 7:00 p.m.

The Tennessean reports a memorial service will be held at the church, located at 7594 Old Hickory Boulevard in Nashville, at 7 p.m.

McNair was found shot to death on Saturday, alongside a 20-year-old woman, alleged to be his girlfriend.  Sahel Kazemi, died from a gunshot wound to the head and it has been speculated that she shot McNair and then turned the gun on herself in a murder-suicide scenario.

Maybe she wanted more than just fun but one thing we all have to remember…it takes two. If he would have stayed home with his wife or gone to the court and taken care of his business the right way none on this would have happened. He took a bigger bite than he could handle and now he has left his wife and children to answer his questions. He might be the victim but he is not innocent.
