Prosecutors have filed motions asking to take photographs of the tattoo on Casey Anthony’s shoulder.
Also requested was a trial date within the next 60 days for the check fraud charges against her.
According to tattoo artist Danny Colomarino, he gave Casey the tattoo in July 2008, sometime after her daughter, 2-year-old Caylee Anthony disappeared. The tattoo reportedly read, “bella vida” or “beautiful life.”
Casey is also charged with stealing her friend, Amy Huizenga’s checkbook and writing over $400 worth of checks.
She was seen in a Target surveillance video using the checks for items including the white sunglasses she has been photographed wearing and the blue hoodie she was wearing when arrested.
Amy loaned her car to Casey while she and friends were in Puerto Rico, which is when it is believed Casey stole Amy’s checks.
Casey is charged with the first-degree murder of Caylee and her trial is tentatively scheduled for Oct. 12.

Enough already, Its very clear this animal killed her daughter! She deserves the Death Penalty and that's it! Lets not forget Caylee in all this, this Baby had no way of defending herself and being able to grow up and experience life like she should have. My God how can a person like Casey be able to live the rest of her life in prison enjoying all the perks of being able to read, write, speak and visit with her Family and lets not forget us taxpayers that are paying for it! I am a good person and I have a concience, but believe me. I'll be the first to voluteer to pull the switch on Casey, when it comes time to put her to death!I am not a bad person! This woman deserves to be sentenced to Death just like she sentenced her baby to death! God forgive me, What has become of this world when a mother kills her own child!

I just read the autopsy reports and examination findings. I think Casey probably put duct tape over caylee's mouth and then simply put her in the trash bags and laundry bag and held her in there till she suffocated.
Even though they'll push for the death penalty, it's unlikely she'll get it. Hopefully she gets life in prison - let her be torn to shreds by her fellow inmates for the next 50 years.
I hope she gets life in prison so she will be in general population and face inmates...I dont want her alone in a cell to hide like a coward..i want her in the open with other mean woman inmates so they can harm her like she harmed her daughter.
