The woman who was snatched from a bus stop as an 11-year-old child turned up at a California police station after 18 mysterious years, and a convicted sex offender and his wife were arrested in the kidnapping. Jaycee Lee Dugard, an 11-year-old girl who was missing for 18 years was found safe in Calif. on Wednesday. She was kidnapped in 1991 from a school bus stop in South Lake Tahoe, Calif.

Sex offender Phillip Craig Garrido, 58, and his wife Nancy Garrido, 55, have been arrested for her abduction, and each have pleaded not guilty to 28 felony counts regarding the kidnapping and captivity of Jaycee, including rape, sexual assault, abduction, and false imprisonment.

Jaycee and her two children, fathered by Garrido, were held captive in a hidden backyard, made up of a series of outside tents and shds.
