Authorities investigating the Caylee Anthony case will be focusing on her uncle, Lee Anthony this week. It has been reported they will be questioning him about what he knew about Caylee's disappearance and when he had such information.
According to WESH 2, a source close to the investigation said, "We kind of treat him separately. He knows what he has done."
Anthony family attorney, Brad Conway claims Lee is not seeking immunity from prosecution because he and his family are unclear as to why he would need it.
Just last month, Conway announced that announced that George and Cindy Anthony would be seeking immunity in the case.
Lee’s sister, Casey Anthony, is charged with the first-degree murder of Caylee.

Another fine family photo of Sindy and her face looking like a thundercloud! What expressions she has, nothing that looks like grief to me, only hatrid. No wonder this family is so messed up with nothing but lies looming in the air. Denial is one thing but total disregard for human life is another. I only hope the best for George, Cindy, and Lee, but do believe they know far more than they are willing to admit. Of course they do! I think it is understandable for parents and family members to be protective of their own, but not when it comes to murder, especially of a child.
I know a lot of people including the media that are defending the Anthony family claiming that they are just supporting their daughter, I have 2 daughters and would be supportive of them as well, up to a point. I cannot imagine myself supporting them if they murdered someone especially deliberate. I am sorry but there is a point that you have to say sorry but you are on your own with this. It would sicken me of them...
I feel so badly for George Anthony ... he is in my prayers and I hope he can gather the strength to get thru this. as a retired police officer, this probably leaves him feeling very torn, on one hand- his granddaughter was murdered and hes angry, but on the other, his daughter is the one who killed her.. he probably is just so overwhelmed with all types of emotions right now...
as for lee and cindy, i think they both know more than they say, esp. cindy who has seemed more concerned with lashing out and protecting casey than her beautiful grandbaby since day one..
you people really have no clue as to what burying someone involved do you. people are buried with things such as jewelery all the time. my grandmother was buried with a watch her mothers necklace and a cross she made along with her favorite book the bible. check into it before you start judging poor cindy and her family
Why not put her teddy bears that comforted her? Her blanket and let her rest. For what ever reason they want jewelry is really up to the family. These things are placed in the casket with them because that is their final resting place and she is loved. To some of us who have lost someone know this. It's not about a skeletal remain but about a little girl.
It is sad to see how quickly people form opinions based on such a lack of any real proof.....just words from police and remember that police are only hired if their IQ is below 120.......So far Tony the boyfriend that Casey meets in late May or early June is just as likely to be the killer or this meter reader that was a bounty hunter for 11 years in another state but leaves that work and gets hired as a meter reader in the Anthony neighborhood June 2008......and calls in several claims to police indicating that he thinks he found Caylee as early as August. I am dying to know if Casey ever met the meter reader and if she refused to date him. And Tony could certainly have been in Casey's house or at least on her lap top or she could have looked up chloroform after seeing his myspace reference to it. The killer is the person whose finger print is on the duct tape.....but if the meter reader did it then he will have used gloves and left no print due to his bounty hunter experience......Tony not likely that smart.
I agree with Jodi regarding the boyfriend "Tony" in his police report he mentions being in the Anthony home, while Cindy and George were gone. He looks creepy in his photos!
I cant see burying a 2 year old with some jewelry lol, I have been around many many children, and can tell you NO 2 year old cares about jewelry!!! It just shows how materialistic Cindy is for one, and I think its a stupid stunt of Cindy's. Jewelry is important to her, not a 2 year old child. I can understand someone older who cares about their jewelry, and being buried with it, I quess. lol even though as soon as the family has left the grave yard, it is taken out of the casket, but hey JMO. Lee knew almost from beginning, and if this ex boyfriend had anything to do with it, believe me the Ant's would have tried to lay it on him before now. I don't think Lee boy would have helped out, if he thought the ex boyfriend did it.

gt2fly........I think you are correct in that it was the other boyfriend that had the cloroform issue on his myface page. So was he mad at Casey for leaving him???? And Tony is the one she just met in late May 2008...weeks before Caylee disappears and is killed. Now either of these boytoys could have used her lap top to look up chloroform OR perhaps Casey looked it up afer seeing it on her ex-boyfriends myface because she wondered if he used it on her when she was dating him. I am not saying Casey did not do this but I am saying that both ex-boyfriends could have for different reasons. I have read through the forensics released las week and it appears the police leaked everything they had. Their game plan has been to get Casey to confess but IF Casey did not do it then the game will not result in a confession. AND if Casey did it then her finger print will be on the duct tape. Finger printing would have been easily finished by now and we have heard nothing which leads me to believe that no print was found on that tape.
Why does it matter what they choose to bury with Caylee? Cindy probably had things that she wanted to pass down to Caylee one day and for her, that day is now. And to the moron who claims 2 year olds don't like jewelry...I take it you didn't ever have a little girl? 2 year old girls LOVE jewelry and dress up. I have a daughter a few days older then Caylee and she LOVES jewelry. Let these people grieve. And also...to the one who says Cindy was in on this since day one, get a grip. She didn't have to call 911. If she was in on it she never would have reported Caylee missing. This little girl was loved. She was even loved by her demented mother. Rest in peace Caylee. I knew Casey was guilty the minute I saw her in handcuffs and heard testimony from investigators about her lying about everything and a smell of a dead body coming from the trunk of her car trunk. Now the cops found Caylee's body right behind the Anthony home along with evidence Casey murdered her daughter, Cindy can no longer say Caylee is alive and traveling across the world so now she has to point the fingers at someone else and obsess on fingerprints. Cindy, your daughter is an adult. Quit treating her like a baby and let her take the consequences of her behavior. She killed your granddaughter and you know it. Stay off the blogs and bury your granddaughter and seek justice for her and stop blogging reasonable doubt. No one is listening.

If anyone moved or put caylees body where it was found I would bet it was Uncle daddy Lea .I also wonder if the police ever searched Lees apartment before he moved. I also belive casey started using drugs to knock caylee when she took her to the no clothes party funny amy nor richard happen to say that they were with casey and they didnt say anything about caylee being with them , because casey,richard,amy, and caylee came in the same car i think amy and richard know exactly what casey was giving caylee to knock her out.
I think that CAsey and LEE are the parents of this girl, a child of an incestous union. I think her dimise is on the hands of bro & sis who knew eventially, it would come out.
Michelle, the state has not even taken the case to court yet. So how could they prove anything? We don't even know all the evidence the state has against Casey Anthony. We are making up our own minds based on the evidence we've seen and we've seen enough evidence to believe Casey is guilty of murder. Nobody is stopping the family from grieving. They should stop reading blogs if it bothers them.
It isn't the world the state has to convince. It's 12 jurors. I have no doubt when the case goes to trial Casey herself will convince a jury she is guilty. We might believe in Casey's innocence if she showed concern over her daughter's disappearance but she didn't even take time out of her busy schedule to report her two year old missing. We may believe in her innocence if while her daughter was supposedly kidnapped she was sobbing, screaming for help and shaking, not sleeping around, partying, entering a hot body contest, getting a tatoo "Beautiful Life," lying to friends, family and police about Caylee's whereabouts, demanding her boyfriend's telephone number and insisting what about me, me, me when anyone asked about Caylee, high fiving her brother and laughing and smiling in court. The state had my guilty vote from the first hearing. Cadaver dogs smelling a dead body in Casey's car trunk and Casey laughing and smiling and lying to police were pretty compelling evidence. Now Caylee's body found behind her home, duct tape, garbage bag, smiley sticker, Winnie the Pooh blanket, toy horse. What part of guilty can't you understand, Michelle?
I watch Tru TV and Investigative Discovery and I notice whenever a criminal is guilty the first words out of his mouth are "there is no evidence that I did it." I've noticed that Jodi, Jill, Michelle, Nick, Sean and other screen names always say, "I'm not saying she didn't do it, but there is no evidence saying she did it." Sounds like an admission of guilt to me. So whether Cindy or the defense team is writing these posts, it's not spreading reasonable doubt. It is convincing me even more that she did it. No one knows what evidence the state has. We can only go by the evidence we've observed ourselves. A criminal is not guilty when a jury says so. A criminal is guilty when he/she commits a crime.
1st they say they ARE seeking immunity then they say they are NOT.
I say fine don't give it to them. They know and have known since day one way more about this then they are willing to say. Put them on that witness stand and let the Prosecution have at them & then let the jurors decide. Cindy tripped up so many times just with the press verses her 911 call, what she told her peeps at work. & Lee everyone thinks Casey confided in Lee maybe not the truth but closer to it then she confided in anyone else. We will no longer purchase items related to Caylees death. Especially any memorial photos that will profit the entire Anthony family including those associated with them or Caseys defense.

I've watched this tragedy from day 1 at the memorial Lee acted like he was recieving an award from country music I think he's up to his eye balls in this I think he's a pathetic individual. I also have no sympathy for cindy or George they have Let Casey run their household for so long their Caseys puppets.George even went so far as to tell Casey in jail at a visitation to think of herself as a president of a big corporation and they all work for her? figure that one out.I feel the death penalty is to good for her i say tattoo a big red heart on her forhead and let her rot in prison like she let her baby rot in a ditch.....
