Lee Anthony may have to answer more questions in defamation suit

Late last month Lee Anthony answered a number of questions in a deposition related to the defamation lawsuit Zenaida Gonzalez brought against his sister, Casey.

Gonzalez’s attorneys are not fully satisfied with his answers and have filed a motion to compel Lee to answer two questions.

During the 3-hour deposition, Lee’s attorney, Thomas Luka, objected to the question pertaining to the identity of Caylee Anthony’s father, and a question related to the involvement Casey had in the disappearance of her daughter Caylee.

Luka argues that these issues have “…no relevance in the defamation case.  What Mr. Anthony’s opinion is, in facts of the murder case, have no real bearing on the defamation suit.”

Luka said he will again object to these questions and believes “…this is all for publicity in this case.”

Gonzalez, 38, brought the suit because she claims her life has been ruined due to Casey, 22, naming her as the babysitter that abducted her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

Luka has 10 days to respond to the motion filed by Gonzalez’s attorneys.

Casey Anthony remains in jail, charged with the first-degree murder of Caylee.

Lee should be forced to answer any question posed to him on this subject. He is not any better than any other witness. They have covered enough now and it is time to come clean. The issue of the parentage is important, in other words, why did Casey have to steal if the babys father was killed due to an auto accident? The insurance would have paid off to someone, surely the grandparents on the fathers side would have provided as well as Social Security benefits and if all else fails, what about Social Services? There is a reason this has not been disclosed, she simply does not know who the father is but what about DNA? Test all her sex partners as they did in Anna Nicole Smiths case and determine the real father. She has pitched blame on a woman she only learned the name of while at the apartment complex. this tells me she had this planned for a while, so why drop the death penalty when it was clearly premeditated? Get it back and take care of her, a mistake was made when they dropped it in the first place, she has no reason to come clean if she will get to live free in jail while some idiots contribute to her spending account there!
