Friday, Lee Anthony was deposed in the Zenaida Gonzalez defamation case against his sister Casey. Lee had threatened not to appear if media were allowed into the proceeding.
WFTV reports that the deposition took over two hours and Lee said he had never seen nor met Gonzalez and only heard about her in July when his sister was arrested.
Although the media was not allowed to film the deposition, the law firm representing Gonzalez, Morgan & Morgan videotaped it. The tape is expected to be released sometime on Friday.
According to WFTV, the deposition started late because there was confusion about whether Jonathan Kasen, Casey Anthony’s civil attorney would attend the proceeding. Ultimately, Kasen declined to attend.
Gonzalez’s defamation suit alleges Casey Anthony ruined her life by connecting her to the disappearance of Caylee Anthony.
Casey is currently in jail, charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, 2-year-old Caylee.

How could Lee say that this Zenaida is not the one Casey referred to? He never met Zenaida. Perhaps he was going on a description that liar Casey gave him? Liar Casey, in my opinion, is the only one who can say that is not the Zenaida who took she says (liar) kidnapped Caylee. And that is the truth.

The idea of this Zenaida woman getting fat on the back of tragedy is sick.The media and the police are to blame for releasing the details in the first place. The family are going through enough without this typical display of blame culture the americans have created, like cancer it has now spread to our shores.
Anyone else surprised that Lee didn't call her the 'Tom Mom'? Tom Mom, do you think they'll call her the Tom Mom during her trial? lol
