George and Cindy Anthony trying to avoid court hearing

Wednesday, Anthony family attorney, Brad Conway is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing regarding his clients, George and Cindy Anthony.

In February, Conway filed an emergency motion claiming his clients were not psychologically strong enough to handle being deposed in the Zenaida Gonzalez defamation case against their daughter, Casey Anthony.

Gonzalez’s defamation suit alleges Casey Anthony ruined her life by connecting her to the disappearance of Caylee Anthony.

Casey alleges that in June 2008, she dropped her daughter, Caylee off at Gonzalez’s apartment.  Casey claimed Gonzalez was the babysitter she used on a regular basis to watch Caylee.

Casey claims Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee, whose remains were found Dec. 11 in a wooded area near the Anthony family home.

Authorities cleared Gonzalez of any wrongdoing and after viewing photographs of her, Anthony claimed the woman found was not the same woman with whom she left Caylee.

In the meantime, Gonzalez claims the negative publicity she received has resulted in her losing jobs and being unable to obtain new employment.

On Monday, Conway told Fox 35 he would talk to Gonzalez’s attorneys to ensure they can agree on a standard of conduct and level of professionalism during the depositions.  He also said if something can be worked out, a court hearing on Wednesday might not be necessary.

Casey’ brother, Lee Anthony appeared for his scheduled deposition last month, however, Gonzalez’s attorney filed a motion attempting to force Lee to answer two questions his attorney objected to during the deposition.  One pertains to the identity of Caylee’s father, and the other is a question related to the involvement Casey had in the disappearance of Caylee.

Lee’s attorney, Thomas Luka, filed a motion Monday in response to this demand claiming his client should not have to answer these questions because they only serve to annoy and embarrass the Anthony family.

Casey remains in jail, charged with the murder of her daughter, 2-year-old Caylee.  Her trial is scheduled to take place Oct. 12.

How would you like to be one of Casey's ex-boyfriends - thinking their name could possibly come up as Caylee's father.... Oh, crap.... Zenaida should put more charges against Casey - not just that she lost her job, etc., the fact is that Zenaida could be in jail right now for kidnapping and murder, if Casey wouldn't have left so much damning evidence behind. Now that would have ruined Zenaida's life - she is truly lucky.

Zenaida needs to go and get a job and stop looking for easy money.
She really needs to get out of the picture she put herself in. No one included her

I see the family feud between Cindy and Casey as the entire motivation behind Caylee's murder. Daughter resented mother, but was too mentally unstable to hold down a job. Had to live under mother's thumb....love/hate relationship with resentment on every side. Mother threatens to take the baby and Casey even told Lee, "this should have been done long ago." That's in the transcripts and I cannot forget it. She meant I couldn't give my baby up for adoption, mom wouldn't let me - so I showed mother once and for all. She wanted to be in control of her own life and showed her mother that she could. She ended her baby's life to get even with a controlling mother that contributed to her narcissism and crazy actions. Cindy Anthony is a major player in this case. She didn't commit murder; but the sickness in that house was so great, entire family in complete denial - end result is a murder. Casey was unable to care for herself or child, mother kept pulling her strings until those strings snapped.
Motivation - get even with her mother. I can only imagine that she pulled her anger up and thought of Cindy through the whole horrid event.

It's also in the transcripts when Casey told her friend she wanted to be committed, friend relates after Casey talking with her Mom, she never mentioned it again. She is crazy, she was crying for help, but didn't receive it. If she had been committed, this murder could have been prevented. It's embarrassing for families to admit that one or more members are mentally ill. They would rather ride it out and hope that no one gets hurt. The stigma against treatment is so great, no one wants that on their medical records - especially if it's on your employer's insurance. It makes it difficult to find employment. That's a fact, and it follows you wherever you go.

Families that suppress and hide mental illness end up having every detail in the headline news. Whether it be the mailman that goes postal, the bullied employee that wipes out his entire department. It even gets revealed at NASA where the "best" end up wearing diapers and becoming a trained sniper. Mental illness affects all walks of life. The super high IQ'd and low functioning. The stigma exists and will not go away until we all take a good hard look at our own families.

Zenaida can't get a job because of Casey! And what if Casey was actually a smart criminal and left no evidence? Zenaida would be sitting in a jail cell waiting for her trial to prove her innocence. Zenaida should sue Casey for everything she can get. She has completely ruined this innocent person that was just at the wrong place at the wrong time!

Well boo hoo hoo, poor old Cindy and George! If they had monitored a bit more carefully the actions of the skanky daughter, they would not be in this position. Better go on and do what you should do and have done with it. You get no sympathy from me. Neither would I deposit money in the jail commissary account for the lying murdering little snit! Let her eat crackers and water and comb her hair with her fingers.
