The man who allegedly followed Erin Andrews on her travels and captured secret, nude video of her through a hotel peephole, is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 30.
The court hearing will set bail for Michael David Barrett, who is facing federal stalking charges.
Barrett attempted to sell the video of a naked Andrews to the Web site TMZ, who reported the incident to authorities.

Reports indicate that Barrett is currently on home confinement, but may leave his residence to seek medical attention, or for employment purposes.
Andrews took a leave of absence from her reporting post at ESPN after suffering an emotional breakdown of sorts upon discovery of the images on the Net.
She has since returned to work and appeared on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ on Sept. 11 to discuss her harrowing ordeal.
