The winner of ‘Big Brother’ season 9, Adam Jasinski, was released from jail by a judge on Tuesday, while awaiting his trial on drug charges.

Jasinski is accused of buying and selling large amounts of oxycodone with his $500,000 prize money from the reality show, and trying to sell them for profit.

He was arrested in mid-October, after flying from Florida to Boston and showing a government witness two bags filled with the pills. Authorities said Jasinski was buying thousands of pills and reselling them along the east coast for months.

According to TMZ, Jasinski must meet certain conditions of his release, including living in a Massachusetts treatment facility and undergoing substance abuse treatment; abide by all rules at the facility and complete the treatment program successfully; surrender his passport; only travel with certain parts of Massachusetts; post three properties he owns to secure his appearance in court; his parents must post their home to ensure his court appearance; and after completion of the program, he must go back to court to discuss any additional terms for his release.

Jasinski was indicted on one charge of possession of oxycodone with intent to sell. If convicted, he faces 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
