I hope that you did your research by reading police reports, court documents and by interviewing friends of the Anthony family and NOT by writing anything said by the Anthonys - They have said untruths on TV interviews when defending Casey - I also wonder if the Anthonys are being paid IN ANY WAY for the sale of your book - I read many true crime books, biographies, etc. never fiction, and want to get the correct facts, especially when reading about true crime - If you obtained your information only from the Anthonys, then I cannot believe anything written in your book and therefore, will never buy or read it

I know Diane Fanning. She's a backbiting, bottom feeding, ambulance chasing, unethical liar who believes that the ends justify the means. She has also never met a high profile case she wasn't willing to exploit. When other true crime authors look for stories that have never been told Fanning goes for the ones where every ounce of life has already been sucked out of them. I can only assume that she is either a)lazy and requires others to do her work for her, or b)she is incapable of any actual investigative journalism (see A). Sure, she's making a living. However, like it or not, this book puts her in the same category with every other vampire out there who has used that little girl's death for their own financial gain. Fanning knows good and well the obsessed freaks will buy the book and she can get free publicity and promos from the fact that the news media can't stop talking about the case. Fanning is a disgrace to the genre.

Just another nut making money off a dead baby. I for one will not be buying this book. I would not be suprise if the Anthony making something from this. Their dead grandaughter is nothing but a profit to them, very sad. How can they defend their murdering daughter is beyond me. But like I always say,it will come back to one way or another.RIP Caylee!
