Lee Anthony was deposed by prosecutors on Thursday in the criminal case against his sister, Casey Anthony. Casey is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.
Lee’s attorney, who has now resigned from representing him, told WESH 2 News that Lee “spilled it all” during the deposition. Thomas Luka also said that Lee’s deposition means that prior statements he made won’t be used against him.
Luka indicated that Lee’s statements to the state were actually no different from those he had given in the past.
Casey and Lee’s mother, Cindy Anthony was also deposed last week and their father, George Anthony is expected to give his deposition next week.

You know, the major news stations aren't covering this case nearly as much as they used to. It used to be on HLN all.the.time. I'm glad shows like Nancy Grace are showing other stories lately, but I miss being able to watch updates on TV!

Why do you need a lawyer going into the depo when you have immunity since January but not coming out of depo?
Could this be Lee is turning States evidence and will be represented by state Lawyer?

I DON'T CARE WHAT THAT LYING ATTORNEY SAID,LEE ANTHONY WAS FORTH COMING IN THE BEGINNING OF THIS CASE. JUST LIKE HIS SISTER,MOTHER AND FATHER LEE LIED. IF HE TOLD THE TRUTH THIS TIME ITS BECAUSE HE WAS GRANTED IMMUNITY.
i just wanna know what made her snap and kill her child and why if the grandparents were always watching her not freak out if thry hadnt seen her for weeks? being a grandparaent raising a 7 yr granddaughter cuz my daughter was 16 at the time now has 3 more kids i am on the fone daily checking on them. shes just 24. the pics of casey with caylee seem like she loved her daughter i worry what made her snap
