According to the News-Times, the media has requested all documents in the case be unsealed. However, prosecutors oppose such a move arguing the need to ensure a fair and impartial jury and that the privacy rights of Annie’s family should be protected.

Cindy, please do not use the word "stuff" in your reporting of the way Annie Le's body was hidden, supposedly, by the suspect. I know everybody use that very disrespectful and undignified word. Her family's feelings must be taken into account. For example, we have a case back in 2002 of two girls' bodies set on fire and left in a ditch in a desolate area. It would be awful if people used the word "dumped" instead of "left." Again, January 2007, six working girls were murdered by a serial killer. The press kept referring them as "prostitutes." Those poor young girls might have fallen into that unfortunate situation. But they were already killed in a pitiful way, was there any need to hurt their loved ones' feelings? Thank you for hearing me out.
Please ignore the previous moron and continue to use the word "stuff" in your reporting, as well as any other facts at your disposal.
