Kevin R Devine, a law Enforcement Professional, has been serving the public for the past 25 years. He has served in the US Army, the NYPD and the Denver Police Department. While with the NYPD, Kevin was selected to become part of the Departments Emergency Service Unit (ESU). There he developed the skills and the training to deal with Homeland Security matters: WMD training and mitigation, Dignitary Protection and emergency response. Kevin has trained numerous local, state, federal and international First Responders in HAZMAT and WMD mitigation and response.
