A West Side man is charged with robbing his 80-year-old wheelchair-bound mother early this morning.
Police say Randy Suggs, 54, came to his mother's house in the 700 block of Long Street just after midnight.
He allegedly used force to get his mother to hand over her cash.
Police were called and Suggs was arrested in the 1100 block of North Parkside this morning.
