Eleanor J. Guerrero, J.D. is a former prosecutor, national educator and commentator, based in Montana. She has practiced in many areas of law in four states. She has been an attorney for over 30 years. She now conducts workshops and gives keynote speeches, nationwide, and has been lecturing for over fifteen years. She is an expert in Full Faith and Credit laws which make qualifying restraining orders from other states immediately valid. Topics include complex legal issues, crime prevention procedures, family violence, alternatives to youth sentencing as well as healthy life style workshops for professionals and students. She advocates for the reduction of youth violence and recidivism through alternative programs. Eleanor wrote a textbook and handbook on federal, state and Tribal laws published by the State of Montana Department of Justice for law enforcement, the courts and advocates. She was an invited speaker at the National Youth At Risk Conference.
