The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed according to the Polk County Jail docket book: 

  • Polk County SO Mugshot  Nicholas Ross Crow, age 27, was arrested for simple battery (Family Violence Act)
  • Polk County SO Mugshot  David Anthony Darden, age 52, was arrested for failure to report
  • Polk County SO Mugshot  Filomeno Alonzo Lopez, age 26, was arrested for failure to maintain lane and no drivers license
