Sorry to bother u, but can u tell me why the Polk County Jail
Docket report has several people released "by order of Cedartown
Police Dept." Or some were released "by order of Aragon City Police", and most of these were not even under the jurisdiction of these towns. I have never seen this before in a report from the county. Also, lots of Released on own Recognices(?). Maybe I am just dumb, but could you please help me understand terminology? Thanks so much, and keep up the good work.
