Adelena Vazquez-Aguilar, age 28, removing/affixing license plate to conceal/misrepresent, new resident must register in GA within 30 days, child restraint violation, headlight requirements, no insurance, no drivers license
Marcus Leroy Young, age 40, pedestrian under the influence, terroristic threats and acts
