The Polk County Crime Examiner brings you the arrest report for Polk County, including Cedartown, Rockmart and Aragon for Tuesday, October 18, 2011. The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed according to the Polk County Jail dockets.

Brenda Gail Ayers, age 45, of Lawrenceville, Ga., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass. Ayers was released same day on a $600.00 property bond.
Stephen Michael Barrett II, age 22, of Rome, Ga., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with driving under the influence (DUI-alcohol) and following too closely. Barrett was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Jackie Isaiah Bridges, age 48, of was arrested by and charged with shoplifting, simple battery and criminal trespass.

Juarez Gabriel Cataliz-Ramiro, age 25, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with no drivers license and tag light violation. Cataliz-Ramiro was released the same day after bonding out on $1560.00 property bond.
James William Hulsey, age 43, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for felony probation violation. Hulsey remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Adam Herron Lockett, age 29, of Douglasville, Ga., was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for probation violation.Lockett remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Brandy Nicole Schwartz, age 26, of Aragon, Ga., was arrested by Aragon police on warrants for two counts deposit account fraud. Schwartz remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Jeffery Wayne Waddell, age 24, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police on warrants for failure to appear and probation violation.Waddell remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (08/07/2009)
