David Michael Blair
, age 38, of Rome, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with driving on a suspended license and tag light violation. Blair was released same day after bonding out on a $1760.00 property bond.
 
Kenneth Leon Coates,  age 26, of Cartersville, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with driving on a suspended license and 2 counts of failure to appear. Coates was released same day after bonding out on a $1605.00 property bond and a total of $290.00 cash for the failure to appear charges.

Calvin Cooledge Fredrick Jr,  age 35, was booked in to the Polk County jail for court date. See also (Aragon man charged with murder sent to Northwest Regional Hospital)
 
David Gonzales Garcia,  age 35, of Cartersville, Ga. was arrested by Aragon police and charged with suspended tag. Garcia was released on May 31, 2011 after bonding out through the Aragon Police Department.
 
Joaquin Guterrez,  age 46, of Marietta, Ga. was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence (DUI), giving false information, no drivers license and head light violation. A property bond in the amount of $3742.00 has been set.
 
Richard Mabry Jr,  age 51, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Mabry was released on June 1, 2011 after bonding out on an $1100.00 property bond. See also (05/27/2011) (03/21/2011) (03/11/2010)
