Nelfido Barrios, age 22, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with no drivers license. Barrios was released same day after bonding out on a $1410.00 property bond.
Robert Allen Bragg, age 51, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with theft by receiving. A property bond in the amount of $5100.00 has been set. See also (10/18/2010)
Rafael Morillon Castillo, age 29, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with giving false information and no drivers license. A property bond in the amount of $2100.00 has been set.
Phil Reremaine Garrett, age 24, of Aragon, Ga. was arrested by Aragon police and charged with driving on a suspended license (second offense). No bond has been set at this time. See also (07/01/2010)
Uriel Gonzalez, age 24, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with disorderly conduct. Gonzalez bonded out through Cedartown Police Department on May 16,2011. See also (04/01/2010)
Steven Alan Kinard, age 32, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Kinard was arrested on May 14, 2011 but was not booked in until May 15, 2011. Kinard was released same day on a $2100.00 property bond.
Charlie Daniel Martinez, age 18, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with strong arm robbery, public drunk, obstruction and assault. Bond has not been set at this time. See (Cedartown man arrested for strong arm robbery)
Joseph Henry Penson, age 37, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with 2 counts of possession of a firearm by convicted felon, aggravated assault and probation violation. Joshua Cole Williams, age 32, of Silver Creek, Ga. was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence (DUI). A property bond in the amount of $1612.00 has been set.
