Monica Lynn Bergeron
, age 34, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for felony probation violation. See also: (03/25/2011)
 
Robert Lewis Collum, age 32, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of DUI. Collum must pay $439.86 to Intertech.

Derrick Ian Kenrick, age 56, of Silver Creek, Ga. is being housed at the Polk County jail for the United States Marshals.
 
Alfredo Barrientos Rodriguez, age 35, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with no drivers license and passing in a no passing zone and leaving the scene of an accident. Rodriguez was released same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
 
Fetisha Lafaye Samples, age 22, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and 3rd degree cruelty to children. Samples was released same day after bonding out on a $1600.00 property bond. See also (10/12/2009)
 
Frances Deanna Tidwell, age 26, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with no insurance. Tidwell was released same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
 
Jo Leann Wills, age 31, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with hindering law enforcement. Wills was released same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department.
