Clifford Norman Brand, age 34, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for probation violation. Brand has a 48 hour probation hold.
Melissa Kay Carr, age 31, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies and charged with violation of Georgia Compulsatory School Attendance Law (Truancy). Carr was released on June 03, 2011 after bonding out on an $1100.00 property bond. See also (03/08/2011)
Tammy Leemarie Cisneros-Escutia, age 35, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with disorderly conduct. Cisneros-Escuti was released on June 03, 2011 after bonding out through Cedartown Police Department. See also (04/29/2011)
Tommy Henry Freeman, age 40, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with indecent exposure and a warrant out of Floyd County. Freeman was released into the custody of Floyd County on June 03, 2011 after bonding out on an $1100.00 bond. Freeman's charged out of Floyd County are probation violation on an original charge of injury by vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, DUI, and driving on a suspended license.
Daniel Ronald Gamel, age 36, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Rockmart police on a warrant for failure to appear. Gamel was released on June 02, 2011 after bonding out through Rockmart Police Department. See also (04/23/2011) (02/02/2011) (12/10/2010)
Tanya Lea Hise, age 36, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with disorderly conduct. Hise was released same day after bonding out on a $205.50 cash bond.
Joshua Anthony Lawrence, age 24, of Bremen, Ga. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies and charged with two counts of deposit account fraud and two counts of failure to appear. Lawrence must pay a total of $1001.27 for release.
William Danny Mitchell, age 38, of Dallas, Ga. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for probation violation. See also (03/11/2010)
Amanda Gay Overstreet, age 33, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies and charged with probation violation. See also (09/28/2010)
Paul Richard Vannus, age 57, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Vannus was released same day after bonding out on an $1100.00 property bond.
Kevin Ray White, age 26, of Buchanan, Ga. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies and charged with two counts of theft by receiving. Two previous bonds totaling $5200.00 and signed by Well Done Bonding have been dropped due to the recent charges. Total property bond amount is $10.400.00. See also (05/06/2011) (12/26/2010)
