Ronald Eugene Ballew, age 60, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with disorderly conduct. Ballew spent 24 hours incarcerated and was released. see also (02/02/2010)
Amanda Leigh Borders, age 23, of Aragon, Ga. was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with possession of methamphetamine, crossing the guard line with drugs and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Borders was released on Monday, April 25, 2011 after bonding out on a property bond in the amount of $11,100.00. see also (12/20/2009)
Joshua Cole Brooks, age 27, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and criminal trespass. Brooks was released on Monday, April 25, 2011 after bonding out on a property bond in the amount of $2100.00. see also (10/16/2010) (09/29/2010) (07/11/2010)
Gwendolyn Misty Dawn Cole, age 34, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with possession of Clonazepam, possession of Tizanidine (classified as a dangerous drug) and theft by receiving. Cole is to be released to Women's Outreach Center or to Carter Hope in Dalton per Judge Whiteside on April 25, 2011.
Michael Sheridan Dill, age 20, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with no drivers license and a seat belt violation. Dill was released the same day after bonding out on a property bond in the amount of $1440.00.
Daniel Ronald Gamel, age 36, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police on warrants for failure to appear. Gamel was sentenced to pay $1685.00. Gamel remains in custody at the time of this publication. see also (02/02/2011) (12/10/2010)
Alberto Ixmay Vicente, age 26, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with Driving under the influence (DUI), endangering a child under 14 years of age while DUI, child restraint violation (under 6 years old) and no drivers license. Vicente was released same day per Cedartown Police Department. see also (01/19/2010)
Terry Casey Wells, age 30, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass. Wells was released the same day after bonding out on a cash bond in the amount of $205.50.
