For a lot of people this Sunday's plan includes a large high definiton television, a table full of food and 3-4 hours of Bay Area football. For beer lovers, the weekend may include some football, but in Sebastopol the focus will be on another Brewmaster's Dinner at Hopmonk, this time featuring New Belgium.
Chef Billy Reid will be preparing a dinner paired with five New Belgium beers from appetizer to dessert:

- Opener - Fat Tire Amber Ale - Baked Brie with garlic and cherries
- Appetizer - Belgo IPA - Crab and mango croquettes with herbal chimichurri
- Soup - Snow Day Winter Ale - Duck & Dumplings with Snow Day broth served with jalapeno corn bread
- Entree - Ranger IPA - IPA marinated bone in pork chop, over rosemary vegetables, potato au gratin with artisan cheese sauce
- Dessert - 1554 enlightened black ale - fudge brownie with chewy caramel and black ale sauce

To accomodate the football game, dinner has been pushed back to 7 pm. Also, the game will be aired in the Hopmonk Abbey.
