Those who are familiar with the Sonoma County fine food industry know Sheanna Davis and Epicurean Connection. Her former location was located behind Rocket Cafe on your way into Sonoma but she has since moved to a new larger location just one block from the square. With the new space comes a new weekly event, beer pairings every Thursday.
Each Thursday, Sheanna will prepare a beer pairing to share with her customers featuring craft brewed beer and fine products carried on the shelves of the Epicurean Connection. On my visit, the pairing was Anchor's Christmas Ale with Delice de la Vallee, brown sugar walnuts and fresh bread.
This Thursday is also special in that it will be Non-Profit Day. The details were announced on the Epicurean Connection's Facebook page:
