In a radio interview with Greg Szymanski on September 30, Cheryl Barnes founder of CPS Legal Watch, revealed that the State of Arkansas has given 36 children the swine flu vaccine against their parents' wishes. The 36 children were taken into custody last fall by the Department of Human Services because the state said they were in jeopardy due to their parents' involvement with the Tony Alamo Ministries Church.
The State of Arkansas does require that children get immunized if they are attending school. However, Arkansas does allow for religious and medical exemptions. The parents of the 36 children did not want their children vaccinated because it is against their religious beliefs.
According to Barnes, all 36 children have received at least one of the three series of H1N1 flu shots and some have received all three.
The swine flu vaccine has come under fire from a number of people from a variety of backgrounds and beliefs who have alleged that it is not safe. Health care workers in New York State have been ordered by the New York State Department of Health to get immunized against the swine flu. Some health care workers have been fired for refusing to get immunized and health care workers have held protests in Albany.
Barnes also stated that the 36 children in Arkansas have been vaccinated against other illnesses against their parents' religious beliefs, including the vaccination of all of the girls with Gardasil.
Attorneys for CPS Legal Watch filed a motion to stop the vaccinations of these children, but the judge sat on it for six weeks, after which in many cases it was moot, because the children had already been vaccinated and because Judge Griffin of Miller County had terminated the parental rights of some of the parents.
Even though all states allow for medical exemptions for vaccinations and all but two states allow for religious exemptions, parents have been charged with medical neglect for not immunizing their children according to www.mothering.com/cps.

My understanding is that the swine flu and H1N1 virus are the same thing.

You are correct. However, the vaccine for the *swine flu* or H1N1 virus has not yet been released in the US.
Remember it takes months for vaccine manufacturers to come up with a proper vaccine.
BTW, I am a personal acquaintance of Cheryl and have supported her work since 1997.
Also, I lived through the previous scares around the Hong Kong flu ('55) and the 76 flu.
The '76 flu unfortunately, led to some cases of Guillan-Barre syndrome which have some very unfortunate outcomes for some.
Already the hysteria over a swine flu outbreak with schoolchildren is building up.
Not unlike the hysteria which CPS engenders over * rampant child abuse.*

Thanks Fern for the clarification. I had difficulty listening to the interview because apparently the connection between Greg and Cheryl was bad, and my hearing is not he best. Would you (or Angel) be able to comment and tell us then exactly what vaccinations the children received?
Cheryl clearly states that ALL 36 children have had at least 1 of a three part series of the H1N1 Swine Flu vaccine. Some of them have had all three. The girls have been given the Gardasil vaccine. If you know Cheryl Barnes you should know that she does not put out disinformation.
These vaccines have caused death, paralysis and horrible side effects and have not been thoroughly tested.
There are major WARNINGS of both of these vaccines ALL over youtube. NEVER trust what the news media tells you because they do not tell the public the truth.
The children were given all immunizations as well as the Swine Flu and Gardasil vaccines against their parents wishes and rights.
Thorough study of immunizations and these vaccines will prove that they are dangerous and should be refused.
google it yourself on youtube and watch the MANY videos and research that will prove that these vaccines are not in the best interest (health) of the people.

This is the most illegal thing that these "CPS bastards" have done yet. What will they do next? I can't wait till they are destroyed by God. Who do they think they are? Do they think that they are above God who gave these parents their children that they have the right to take them away? And then to give them these vaccinations that their parents are against? This country is not a free country anymore and I don't think there is any hope for it to recover.
36 kids - they haven't killed one yet...but they got lucky. Next time, there might be one allergic to eggs and drop dead. They took the kids because of "neglect", and promptly abused them.
What is the statute of limitations on assault in Ark? Will these children be able to sue when they become adults?

I wonder if they even bothered to ask the parents if the the children had contraindications? Or did CPS directly act against the actual manufacturer inserts, which list several contraindictions, such as allergies to egg, antibiotics, metals, etc?
It sounds like they jabbed them with everything on the list to catch them up-which is even worse than the already heavy childhood schedule. Imagine getting that many doses of all the ingredients in those vaccines all at once. That is sickening.
They found NO abuse or neglect on any of these children. They took them because they want to destroy their church and take away their religious freedoms. They are stating that they must leave their church, homes and get work outside of the ministry.
One father did that and they gave his parental rights away anyway. They have no intention of returning these children to their loving parents, homes and church.
DHS also made the statement "The Lord giveth and DHS taketh away". Just one of MANY crude and heartless statements made.
They hate bible believing Christianity. They hate the word of God, they hate people who obey the word of God and preach the bible. Many of the parents are not even allowed to read the bible with their children or write scriptures to their children.

Even healthcare professionals I know are taking a "wait and see" approach to the H1N1 vaccine, fearing potential side effects. This is outrageous!

Fluzone is not a "swine flu" vaccine. It does vaccinate for three different strains of seasonal flu, one of them being a strain of H1N1 influenza A. However it is not the "swine flu" strain. You can read the product insert put out by the manufacturer and see the strains of seasonal flu that this vaccine is for. Published reports also indicate that the first rounds of swine flu vaccines (other than those given to study participants) did not arrive in the U.S. until the first few days of October, this article says the interview occurred September 30 which means the kids were vaccinated before the vaccine was available here.
We are told that one of the boys who was kidnapped says he hates public school where the students use vile language and talk of evil things. This boy is a Christian and wants to come home to his parents who are with the Ministry. What about what these children want after a year of public school brainwashing, psychological therapy,and negative input by foster caregivers and others? This child still wants to come home, but that doesn't matter to the DHS and ad litems who plow through Hell to convince the Judge to refuse to send the children back to their parents who have always loved and cared for them.
The ingredients of this swine vaccine are made in China, can't wait till they find the impurities. Allowing a foreign country with a poor track record to make cheap vaccines for Americans is a deadly mistake. Not only is this mixture toxic it is dangerous for pregnant mothers, older people, kids and just about any healthy person. Nano particles are in the vaccines (h1n1 and flu) to boost the immune system 'response' by destroying cells - they are small enough to pass the cellular membrane and cannot be removed. they will continue destroying cells for the rest of your life if injected. The levels of squalene, aluminum, and mercury in the vaccine are higher than in the gulf war I anthrax vaccine, which caused at least a quarter of the veterans to come down with gulf war syndrome. Squalene and aluminum both have been linked to the syndrome.
The regular flu kills about 40,000 people a year America. H1N1 has killed about 100 according to the CDC, but the true number cannot be known due to their refusal to release the data via the freedom of information act (CBS news filed the request).
