Aubrey C. Galloway III is an associate attorney at the prestigious New York City law firm of Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein and Deutsch, LLP. He is admitted in New York State Court as well as United States Federal Court. His practice primarily involves the defense of doctors and hospitals in civil litigation. In addition to being a practicing lawyer, Mr. Galloway has an interest in writing about significant developments in both New York and Federal Law. This includes both statutory law and case law (developments in the law that occur as a result of court decisions). It is these significant legal developments that are the topic of Mr. Galloway’s examiner page. Anything written on this page is nothing more than an interpretation of a legal development, intended to facilitate intellectual conversation; it is solely the opinion of Mr. Galloway and not that of his law firm. Nothing written is intended to be, or is, formal legal advice.
