Approximately 40 miles north of the U.S./Mexican border officials nabbed 20 illegal aliens attempting to break into the country via panga boat.
California Border Patrol agents greeted the illegals when they arrived on the sand at South Ponto Beach, Carlsbad. Among them were 16 males and four female illegal immigrants including a suspected MS-13 gang member.
“Two suspected smugglers returned to sea aboard the boat before the agents approached the scene. The United States Coast Guard and U.S. Customs and Border Protection Marine Interdiction agents conducted a search of the area but were unable to locate the vessel,” according to Mark Endicott of Border Patrol.
The gang member was identified at a local Border Patrol station using biometric information. The MS-13 gang member was identified as Carlos Henriquez-Perez, 26-years-old and part of the Mara Salvatrucha limb of the violent gang.
Henriquez is currently in federal custody and will face prosecution for reentering the U.S. as a prior deportee.
According to the Border Patrol, San Diego remains vigilant regarding the high number illegal immigrants who attempt to cross into American via the waterways.

Our government fails the most basic and primary task & duty of government, to protect this Nation and its Citizens from invasion and enforce its laws.
Our Government, past & present, Republican & Democrat, have allowed the invasion of 20 to 30 million criminals and uneducated peons which is the largest invasion of any Nation, at any time, by any means & in direct violation of Article IV Section IV of our Constitution.
This refusal to abide by our Constitution or enforce our Immigration Laws should be classified as Treason of the most foul kind, & as grounds for impeachment & trials for Treason!
What about the 300 MILLION ignorant American citizens that ALLOWED their government to do such a thing?

Isn't everyone God,s children? If so, then guess the open borders crowd are saying everyone and anyone has the right to Invade this Nation, waving their flags, demand their rights, while feasting at the trough of public welfare and Kill, Rape and Rob thousands of American citizens each year!
There are 100,s of millions probably billions from India, China, Africa, etc. that would like to immigrate to the USA. If it ok for Latinos to pour across our borders then unless the open borders crowd are racist it should be ok for any and all of the world people no matter their Education, Religion, Race, Criminal convictions, Diseases, or Terrorist ties to invade this nation & Waving their flags, demanding their rights & be rewarded with American citizenship!

Black Saint---I agree with you entirely that the Open Border people are racist! They only seem to think that people coming through the southern border should be permitted, which coincidentally happen to be almost always Latinos. Therefore they have a preference for Latinos, but no one else. If they did, then they would be actively soliciting Congress to have EVERYONE in the world come to the U.S.
