Jason Aldean has notched his second consecutive No. 1 single on the country charts, thanks to "Big Green Tractor," which chug-a-lugged its way to the top spot in only 14 weeks.

The follow-up to the country smash "She's Country," Aldean's latest single assumed the throne, so to speak, on both Mediabase and Billboard's rankings this week.

The platinum-selling singer's current chart reign coincides with the Aug. 25 release of his first-ever DVD, Wide Open Live & More!, which was shot during a sold-out performance in Knoxville and is already certified gold.

"This thing has just taken on a life of its own," Aldean says, referring to his latest laid-back single. "The crowd used to be screaming for 'She's Country' and 'Hicktown," and by the end of the first song, they are holding up 'Tractor' signs and going crazy."

Per Aldean's PR camp, "Big Green Tractor" continues to be the second best-selling ring tone in all genres, with an average 30,000 purchases per week--never mind that the tune also notched more than 16 million MySpace streams this week and averages some 50,000 digital downloads weekly so far.

"Back-to-back No. 1's, I'll never get tired of the way this feels!" Aldean exclaims. "I have so much to be grateful for this year. A big thanks goes to everyone at my label and all my friends at radio, who continue to prove that if we give 'em something worth playing, they'll be there for us. You guys rock!"
