Carrie Underwood may have recently released her new album Play On, but a previous album is still garnering her recognition. Her 2005 debut Some Hearts album was declared the Top Country Album of the Decade by Billboard.

According to Billboard, Underwood was also the only female to have a single among the Top-20 Hot Country Songs of the Decade. Her smash hit "Before He Cheats" placed number eight in that category.

Underwood's current album, Play On, his her third studio release. Play On, 2007's Carnival Ride, and Some Hearts have combined for more than 11 million in U.S. album sales. She also holds the record as the only country artist to ever achieve 10 Number ones from her first two albums. She was also the first American Idol alum to ever do so.

With "Cowboy Casanova," the debut single from Play On, Underwood stretched her string of uninterrupted No. ones to 11.
