Carrie and Brad hosting the CMAS
Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley returned for the second year to host the Country Music Association awards this past Wednesday in Nashville, Tennessee. The show aired live on ABC, allowing country music fans from all over the country to check out just how hilarious Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley really are.
A self-proclaimed “shy girl”, Carrie Underwood stepped out onto the stage with more confidence and sass than even most actresses can accomplish. While she stumbled over a few lines throughout the night, her presence and comedic timing with co-host Brad Paisley were truly impressive. Hosting duties require a lot of acting, much more than are typically asked of musicians, but Carrie and Brad made the entire process look effortless.
Just last week, Taylor Swift hosted and performed on Saturday Night Live and after Wednesday’s performance, it seems as if it would be in SNL’s best interest to invite Carrie Underwood to host as well. Check out some of the best Carrie and Brad scenes from this year’s show.

This was an awesome reveiw. Carrie and Brad are the best. I think they should host the CMA Awards for years to come. They are a perfect match and sound amazing together when they sing.

Great review & you can see from Carrie singing acapella that she is hands down the Female Voc. of the yr. The CMA voters 6K of them should be ashamed of themselves for letting that particular go to Swift. She clearly was not the best. Compare her opening # with Carrie & Brad. Its a no-brainer. But thats ok because Carrie has 60 awards and it was all in Gods plan for a reason.
To all CARRIE UNDERWOOD FANS... don't stop supporting her... she gotta get the FVOTY next year... if they give it to swift again, am not gonna wait for any CMA awards anymore....
