Todd Whatley has studied English and Philosophy at both Union University in Jackson TN, and Louisiana College in Pineville LA, where he currently resides. His involvement in local underground arenas dealing with social action, photography, art, film, music, and community development, combine with experience abroad studying urban renewal abroad to give him a unique perspective on what it takes for a counterculture to make its way into the forefront of a community perspective.
