This recipe came from a sweet lady our of Raleigh, NC. She has lived in the Raleigh area all of her life. She remembers this recipe being served to her as a child. She also remembers peanut butter being rationed during World War I. So, when she was given this treat it was always very special.
Mrs. Peggy's Honey Balls
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup graham crumbs
Mix milk, peanut butter and honey.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Roll in crumbs.
Store in refrigerator.
* If batter is too stiff, add a touch more honey.
