JJ's Mexican Brownies
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temp
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup light Karo syrup
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/8 cup Mexican cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Line and butter 2, 8x8 inch square baking dishes and preheat oven to 350*.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together butter, sugars, oil and syrup until blended.
Stir in cocoa, flour and extract until blended.
Spread evenly into the two pans and bake for 40 minutes.
