
This recipe has been adapted from the book: Brighter Baking with M&Ms. These macaroons are easy to make and are very festive to the eyes!
Polka Dot Macaroons
- 5 cups shredded coconut
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup flour
- 1 ¾ cup M&M minis
Preheat oven to 350*.
Line 2 cookie sheets with no-stick foil.
In a large bowl combine coconut, milk and flour. Blend well.
Stir in M&Ms.
Drop onto prepared sheets by rounded tablespoons, about 2 inches apart.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden.
Store at room temp, tightly sealed.
Makes 4 ½ to 5 dozen cookies.
