The next time you are at the grocery store, use these tips to help you save more money:

Free Samples! - Just walk on by...Unless you have enough self control to not purchase the product you are sampling. The stores are hoping that by sampling these products, you will feel guilty and spontaneously buy them!

Name brand vs Store brand - Check the weight on each product. Make sure you are not paying more for less food.

Going in for milk? - Go straight to it and check out. The stores strategically place the milk in the back of the store... In hopes you will pick up items you do not need along the way.

Only one left! - Just because there is only one of a certain item left on the shelf does not mean you have to buy it! They will re-stock and have more next time.
