Eggnog pie recipe

Eggnog, you like it or you don't! If you enjoy the flavor of eggnog you will enjoy this pie! I came up with this recipe many years ago. If you like eggnog, you will enjoy this no-bake pie!

 

Eggnog Pie

  • 1 cup cold eggnog
  • 1 pack vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tbsp vanilla (or rum extract)
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 3 ¼ cup cool whip, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Pour eggnog into a bowl; add pudding, extract and nutmeg.
Beat with mixer on low.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fold in 2 cups of cool whip.
Spoon mixture into pie crust.
Chill until firm.
Spoon on remaining cool whip.
Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
