Easy pie crust 2

Here is a recipe for another easy pie crust. This recipe came to me from a friend of mine who lives in Florida. She gave it to me to post so everyone could have it! -Wasn't that sweet? :-)

For 1 Crust:

  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. unsifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup oil (any vegetable oil)
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Stir together and roll out between 2 pieces of waxed paper.

I was so excited to use your easy pie crust recipe, but couldn't find the cooking directions. Thank you for working on making cooking easier for all of us. -Stacey

Thanks! If you want to bake it without being filled, you can bake it at 325* for about 12-15 minutes or until it is done. You can also poke a few holes in the bottom to prevent bubbles if you would like to. The directions above are for when you fill it and then bake it. In that case you would use the directions of your recipe. :)
