Sweet and salty tend to blend together so well. You will find that to be true with these easy candies! Great for any Holiday or party, you may find yourself returning to this recipe over and over again.
Chocolate Pretzel Candy
- 8 ounces of semi-sweet or white chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini pretzels, chopped
Melt chocolate in a double broiler on the stove top. (Create your own by filling up a pot half way with water and allow it to boil. Place a glass bowl containing your chocolate on top and the steam will melt the chocolate.)
After chocolate is melted smooth, add pretzels and stir well.
Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper lined cookie sheets.
Refrigerate until firm (30 minutes to 1 hour).
Remove to air tight container and store in the refrigerator.
