Here is a simple recipe for brownies with chocolate icing.
Brownies
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups flour
Preheat oven to 350*.
Line a 9x13 baking dish with no-stick foil.
Melt butter and to it add remaining ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Icing
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Melt butter and stir in cocoa and sugar.
Spread over cooled brownies.
Add sprinkles for a touch of color!
