Christmas Candy
- 2 sticks margarine, room temperature
- 1 small can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 boxes (1 pound each) powdered sugar
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips or German chocolate
In a large bowl sift together sugar and corn starch.
Mix together margarine, milk and peanut butter.
Slowly add in dry ingredients.
Form mixture into 1-2 inch balls and place on wax lined cookie sheets.
Melt chocolate in a double broiler.
Dip balls into chocolate and set in refrigerator.
